As far as possible produce is sourced locally. For example, fish is obtained directly from local fishermen as they land their catches on the wharf.

Fruit and vegetables come from local orchards and suppliers, whilst the beverages list includes locally brewed award-winning Mata beer and wine from the Braemar Estate boutique winery, as well as many distinguished New Zealand favourites.
